The breakfast included many options. Hot food buffet had a chef ready to make omelets and pancakes. The staff was friendly and helpful, they always greeted me with a smile (, made my day!).
The fitness center had limited hours. It closed a bit early each evening.

poor air conditioninglong wait
the air conditioning in the room barely worked it was set to 18 degrees but the room remained at 27 degrees a staff member came to fix it but it didn't improve i had to ask for a fan to make the room bearable also i had to wait almost an hour to check in because the room was not ready yet the delay was frustrating after a long flight i expected the room to be prepared upon arrival

the breakfast buffet has amazing variety. pick up was smooth, even when we arrived two hours late. i booked a family room pool access room. the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
the air conditioner in my room didn't worked properly. i set it to 18 degrees, but the temperature only goes down to 27 degrees.

hot roomlate check-in
The room air conditioner did not work properly , it only went down to 27 degrees. This made the room uncomfortably hot , especially since the concrete had absorbed the sun's heat. Check-in was also a problem . I had to wait 40 minutes for the room to be cleaned , it was not ready when I arrived at 3pm.
